Who we are

Gift Ideas AI is operated by FV Ventures UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Berlin, Germany ("we", "us").

Acceptance of terms

By using Gift Ideas AI you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

Gift Ideas AI helps you plan gifts. You can keep track of the people you buy for, their occasions, wishlists, and gift ideas, share planning with others in a gift space, get AI-generated gift suggestions from the gift finder, and read gift guides. Features may change over time.

Accounts

You sign in with a link sent to your email address or with your Google account. You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with applicable laws. Keep access to your email and Google account secure, and tell us about any unauthorized use of your account.

You can delete your account at any time under Account → Delete account. Our Privacy Policy explains what is deleted.

Gift spaces and shared content

The owner and admins of a gift space decide who can join it. Everything you share with a gift space is visible to its members. The owner of a gift space that still has other members must transfer ownership before deleting their account.

Information about other people

You are responsible for the information you add about other people, such as names, birthdays, and notes. Only add what you are allowed to store, and treat it with care.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the service unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights.
Don’t try to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
Don’t submit harmful, illegal, or misleading content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

AI outputs

AI-generated suggestions can be inaccurate or unsuitable. Use your own judgment before relying on any output.

If you buy something after following one of these links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Prices and availability shown on our site can change; the price and terms on the retailer's website apply. Purchases are made with the retailer, not with us.

Payments

Gift Ideas AI is currently free to use. If paid features are offered in the future, you agree to pay the posted prices and applicable taxes. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Intellectual property

We own the service, brand, and our content. You keep ownership of content you submit and grant us a limited license to store and display it to operate the service.

Third-party services

We rely on third-party providers, for example for hosting, email delivery, sign-in, and AI suggestions. Links to other websites, such as retailers, are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid (if any) for the past 12 months; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by German law. If required, consumer mandatory protections of your country of residence still apply.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updates.
